End Of Lease Cleaning in Adelaide


At Bensons we also provide you with professional cleaners to save you the time and hassle of having to worry about cleaning the home once you move out. We clean everything; ovens, bathrooms, wash walls, kitchens and the list goes on. We work on an hourly rate of $40 per technician. We require a minimum of 4 hours per job and usually send teams of two technicians. There are also a number of optional services (window cleaning, high-pressure washing, mattress cleaning etc.) that we can provide at an additional cost, just call us for a free quote. We can also arrange permanent house or office cleaners for you, if you require weekly or fortnightly cleans.

The amount of time required on an End of Lease clean will depend on the owners or tenants vacating the property. We all have different cleaning standards in our homes, however at Bensons we aim to achieve very high standards which is why we provide you with a guarantee, that if the landlord or property manager is not 100% satisfied with our cleaning we will make a return visit at no cost to you the client.

The main reason why you should choose our professional team of cleaners is most cleaning is not up to the property manager’s standards, and as a result of not satisfying these requirements the tenant may not receive their full bond refund. ** A Note on Blind Cleaning

We will lightly dust venetian blinds as part of our End Of Lease Cleaning service, but the results cannot be guaranteed without opting for our Ultrasonic Blind Cleaning service at an additional cost. Please advise us when you make your booking that you would like to upgrade to this service.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

If we have cleaned your property and the landlord or agent is not happy with the cleaning then we will arrange to return within 2 working days and re-clean the list of items required at no cost. We do require details via fax or email with the list of items that are needing further attention from either you or the landlord/agent. All complaints are to be made within 36 hours as dust builds back up during this time. You must ensure that your property has been inspected within this time and the initial cleaning must also have been paid for in full.
